- Discovery call: We schedule a discovery call with the potential client to better understand their needs, goals, and current challenges.
- Review the DNA and provide a proposal: After carefully reviewing the client's Needs Analysis, we generate a tailored proposal and provide them with a comprehensive price that aligns with their unique needs, budget, and goals.
- Follow-up call: We schedule a follow-up call to discuss the proposal, answer any questions the client may have, and address any concerns they may raise.
- Select a date: We offer flexibility and convenience by providing an open calendar for clients to select their preferred dates for the training session. This ensures that the training fits seamlessly into their schedule.
- Produce materials for training: Upon confirmation of the sale, we begin the process of creating customized training materials that are specifically designed to meet the client's needs and objectives.
- Book hotel and travel arrangements: We take care of making all necessary arrangements for the training, including booking hotels and managing travel logistics, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for both trainers and participants.
- Conduct Training: Our team of experienced trainers delivers engaging and impactful training sessions, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to excel in their respective areas.
- Provide certificates of completion: Upon successful completion of the training program, we award participants with certificates that validate their newfound skills and knowledge, recognizing their dedication and commitment to professional growth and development.
